1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the dewa11 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by us. By accessing or using the dewa11 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use dewa11's services. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use dewa11's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Reside in a geographic region where online betting services are permitted.
• Not currently subject to any legal prohibition from participating in betting activities.
• Never previously banned or prohibited from the dewa11 platform.
• Act on your own personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. dewa11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to supply the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3. Account Management

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the dewa11 platform. Registering more than one account using the same name, address, phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Termination of all duplicate accounts detected.
• Forfeiture of any balance, bonuses, or wins in the relevant account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dewa11 platform are processed entirely in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the platform's payment section and is subject to change from time to time.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation is received.
• Dewa11 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

11. Disputes & Appeals
